Thank you for using the services of Buy Agent China (BAC Sourcing). Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order with us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. This policy is fully compliant with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Scope & Nature of Services

Hainan Qionglu Industry and Trade Co.,ltd (operating under the brand Buy Agent China / BAC) provides cross-border procurement consulting, China local sourcing, supplier verification, order follow-up, quality inspection coordination, and purchasing agency services. Our business belongs to customized technical consulting and agency service, not physical product sales.
All physical products are supplied and manufactured by third-party Chinese factories. BAC only provides intermediate agency and coordination services and does not own, sell, or resell any physical goods.

2. General Refund Rule (Core Policy)

All basic service fees, consulting fees, sourcing agency fees, and document processing fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
In accordance with Chinese consumer protection laws and commercial service regulations, customized one-to-one procurement agency services are non-standard customized services and do not support unconditional refunds or 7-day no-reason returns.
Once our team has started service work including but not limited to supplier screening, quotation arrangement, factory verification, order communication, and document sorting, the service is deemed consumed, and no refund will be issued.

3. Limited Refund Conditions (Only for Product Quality Issues)

Only in the following strict scenarios will we consider a partial or full refund of the BAC service fee only (excluding factory product fees, shipping fees, customs fees, and any third-party costs):

1. The physical products sourced via our service have confirmed serious quality defects, functional failures, or obvious non-compliance with the customer’s confirmed order specifications;

2. We have fully performed our service obligations including factory coordination, problem feedback, negotiation, after-sales mediation, and follow-up processing;

3. After all reasonable efforts and multiple valid mediations by our team, the product quality problem still cannot be resolved, and no valid replacement, repair, or compensation solution can be provided by the supplier;

4. The customer provides complete and valid evidence including product photos, videos, order records, and communication records within the valid complaint period.

Important Note: Refunds only cover our service fees. We are not responsible for refunding product costs, logistics costs, or indirect losses such as delayed shipments and lost profits.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be granted in any of the following situations:

– Customer changes mind, cancels the order unilaterally, or abandons the project after we start service;

– Product quality problems caused by customer-provided wrong specifications, wrong drawings, or unreasonable requirements;

– Normal product craft differences, minor color differences, or manual tolerances within industry standards;

– Problems caused by international logistics damage, customs inspection, and third-party transportation;

– Customer fails to provide valid evidence or exceeds the complaint time limit.

5. Physical Product Return & Exchange Statement

As a China sourcing agent, we do not undertake physical product return, exchange, or warehousing services. All physical product return and exchange rules shall be subject to the official policy of the product manufacturer/supplier. We will provide free coordination and translation communication assistance for eligible after-sales problems, but cannot guarantee the supplier’s final processing result.

6. Chinese Consumer Law Compliance

This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and relevant service industry regulations. Customers who are Chinese consumers enjoy legal rights of complaint and supervision. Since our services belong to customized paid agency services, the statutory 7-day unconditional return rule for physical commodities is not applicable to our service fees.

7. GDPR Compliance Statement (EEA Users)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you hold complete personal data rights in accordance with GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete personal data, withdraw consent, and file complaints with local data protection authorities. Your personal data rights will not affect the execution of our service refund rules and commercial service agreements.

8. Refund Application Process

1. Submit a written refund application via official email within 15 calendar days after discovering the product quality problem;
2. Attach complete proof materials (product defect photos/videos, order records, communication screenshots);
3. Our team will verify the case within 10 working days and give a final review result;
4. If approved, the service fee refund will be returned via the original payment channel within 5–10 working days.

9. Policy Update

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy irregularly. The updated version will be published on the official website with the latest update date, and the new policy will take effect immediately after publication.
