How do I start a sourcing request?
Simply contact us with your product requirements — what you want to source, estimated quantity, any specifications or samples you have. We'll respond within 24 hours with initial feedback and begin factory matching immediately.
What information do you need from me?
The more detail the better, but at minimum we need: product description or technical specs, estimated order quantity, target price range (if known), and your destination country. Photos, drawings, or reference samples are extremely helpful.
How long does supplier matching take?
Typically 3-5 business days to receive quotes from 3-5 verified factories. Complex requests or specialized products may take longer. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We don't impose our own MOQ — it depends on the factory. Some products have MOQs as low as 100 units, others start at 500-1000+. We'll always try to negotiate the most flexible terms for you, and for startups, we can often find factories willing to do smaller runs.
How does payment work?
We use escrow for managed orders: 30% deposit to start production, 40% after inspection passes, 30% after shipment. For one-time orders, we can arrange different structures. Factory invoices are provided directly — no markup.
Is my money safe with escrow?
Yes. Funds are held securely and released to the factory only at agreed milestones. If quality fails inspection, we hold the payment until the factory addresses the issues. You're protected throughout.
What if quality is bad when goods arrive?
With our AQL 2.5 inspection before shipment, problems are rare. But if issues arise, we assist with quality disputes, provide inspection evidence, and help negotiate solutions with the factory. We take responsibility for orders we manage.
How do I know the factory is real and not a scam?
We verify every factory before presenting them to you: business license verification, on-site visits, production capability assessment, and reference checks. You receive factory photos, videos, and verification documents. We also visit factories for you if needed.
Do you only work with Amazon sellers?
No. While many of our clients are Amazon or Shopify sellers, we work with any importer: e-commerce brands, retail buyers, wholesale distributors, product developers, and more. If you need to source from China, we can help.
Can I visit factories in China?
Absolutely. We can arrange and accompany factory visits. We provide interpretation services, transportation, and negotiation support. Many clients combine a China visit with the Guangzhou or Shenzhen exhibition trips.
What happens after my first order?
You own the factory relationship. After our service, you're free to work directly with the factory or continue using us for subsequent orders. No lock-in, no exclusivity. We can also help with reorders and new product development.
What countries do you ship to?
Anywhere in the world. We've shipped to USA, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, Middle East, South America, and more. Shipping costs and transit times vary by destination.
