About Our Story

BAC SOURING (BuyAgentChina) was founded by Mr. Vecent Zhang, Buy Agent China boasts over 15 years of profound expertise in China’s manufacturing, foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce sectors. Our core objective is to empower global small and medium-sized businesses to source products from China in an easy, secure and cost-efficient way, free from common barriers in communication, quality assurance and logistics.
During his college years, Mr. Vecent majored in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation. While still studying, he started his entrepreneurial journey by opening a Taobao store. The store offered a wide range of products, including women’s apparel, men’s wear, couple outfits, home appliances and tattoo machines. Later, he expanded his business to provide Taobao procurement services for overseas sellers on a commission-only basis.
Upon graduation in 2010, Mr. Vecent embarked on his international trade career at a manufacturing factory in Jiangsu Province, where he took charge of machinery and equipment export businesses. From 2010 to 2014, he gained end-to-end on-site experience covering production management, quality inspection, export documentation and international shipping. This hands-on factory background equips our team with in-depth knowledge of China’s manufacturing standards, factory operation mechanisms and potential production risks.
Since 2014, we have expanded our business into the customized wholesale of construction and engineering materials. Our product portfolio includes polymer dry mortar, mortar admixtures, waterproof materials, thermal insulation materials, decorative latex paints and stone-like coatings, enabling us to build a mature and complete supply chain for the production, customization and bulk supply of construction materials.
Spotting the surging purchasing demand from individual and small-scale overseas buyers between 2013 and 2016, Mr. Vecent launched professional C2C procurement agency services. As one of the earliest local traders facilitating direct overseas procurement from mainstream Chinese platforms including Taobao and 1688, we deliver one-stop solutions covering product selection, goods consolidation, quality inspection and international shipping.
To standardize operational procedures and deliver formal, compliant import and export services, Hainan Qionglu Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was officially established in 2016. The company focuses on domestic trading and comprehensive import and export agency services, providing global clients with stable and fully compliant trade solutions.
