Step 1: Translate Product Keywords into Standard Chinese

Taobao’s search engine only recognizes Chinese keywords. To find accurate products, you need to translate your target product name from your local language to authentic Chinese first.

1. Open the official Google Translate website: translate.google.com

2. Input the product name/keywords you want to buy (e.g., women’s dress)

3. Translate the content into Simplified Chinese

4. Copy the full translated Chinese keywords completely

Step 2: Search for Products on Taobao

1. Visit the official Taobao website: www.taobao.com

2. Paste the copied Chinese product keywords into the top search bar of Taobao

3. Press the search button to browse all matching products

4. Filter and select your favorite products according to your needs (check product pictures, details and user reviews by yourself)

Next, copy the Chinese words 女士连衣裙, open the Taobao official website, paste the text into the Taobao search box and search. Step 4: Service Fee & Payment Rule

We only charge a fixed 10% service commission based on the total amount of your purchased products (exclusive of international shipping fees). No hidden fees will be charged.
After you confirm and accept our quotation, please complete the payment (product total fee + 10% service commission + international shipping fee) to us. Once your payment is confirmed, we will start the official purchasing process.

Step 5: Our Procurement & Shipping Process

1. Exclusive agency procurement: We will accurately purchase the specified products according to the product links, specifications and quantity you provided
2. Parcel consolidation & packaging: If you buy multiple different products, we will collect all items, inspect the goods, repack and consolidate them into one single parcel to save your international shipping cost and avoid multiple logistics fees
3. International delivery arrangement: We will hand over the consolidated parcel to our official third-party international courier agent, arrange formal customs declaration and global shipping, and deliver the parcel safely to your designated overseas address
