You provide (before the visit):

Factory name(s), address, and contact person.
Visit date and duration (half‑day available at 600 RMB)
Your hotel location for pick‑up
Any specific points to check (e.g., material verification, specific production lines) so that our staff can familiarize themselves in advance with the relevant industry-specific terminology.

After payment, confirm your booking via:

Include your payment reference, preferred visit date, and factory details. Important!

⚠️ No refunds available after 48h before the service date. Because we reserve the interpreter, driver, and schedule in advance, cancellations cannot be refunded. However, you may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. All round-trip long-distance travel fares including flights and high-speed train tickets, as well as accommodation fees generated during our staff’s domestic factory visits shall be borne by you and reimbursed based on actual expenses.
