A US$280 per item minimum service fee applies whether your purchase succeeds or fails. If your transaction commission works out below US$280, the minimum US $280 fee will still apply. Base $280 (covers up to 2 SKUs). Extra SKUs: $50 (3–20), $35 (21–100), $20 (101+). No cap. 3%–5% commission; minimum $280 service fee applies.
If your transaction commission is higher than all combined service costs, we will only charge the standard commission. And the US$280 fee will be deducted from your total commission service fee once your order is successfully finalized.
Factory site visits cost an extra US$170 per person per day. (All round-trip long-distance travel fares including flights and high-speed train tickets, as well as accommodation fees generated during our staff’s domestic factory visits shall be borne by you and reimbursed based on actual expenses.)
Service fee refund available only if batch quality issues are caused by our negligence.
⚠️ No refunds available. The US$280 minimum service fee is non-refundable once our team launches supplier sourcing and factory coordination work. Refund support is only available if mass batch defects are fully caused by our on-site inspection negligence.
