Description

We conduct full-cycle order supervision for your existing Chinese suppliers, including production tracking, pre-shipment inspection and logistics coordination. We deliver weekly production footage, formal inspection reports and export document support.

This service is designed for buyers who already own stable suppliers. We handle all remaining order management procedures for you.

What’s included:

✅ 1. Production monitoring: weekly progress reports + on-site checks at key milestones

✅ 2. Quality inspection: on-site AQL 2.5 inspection before shipment, with detailed report and defect photos

✅ 3. Logistics coordination: freight recommendations, HTS classification, document checking

✅ 4. After-sales support: quality dispute assistance

❌ Not included: supplier sourcing, price negotiation, order placement, escrow management

Pricing Rules

5% commission for orders of US$10,000–$30,000
4% commission for orders of US$30,000–$100,000
3% commission for orders over US$100,000

A minimum service fee of US$220 shall apply in all cases, successful purchase or otherwise. Where the commission derived from a completed transaction is lower than US$220, the minimum US$220 fee shall prevail. If your transaction commission is higher than all combined service and visiting costs, we will only charge the standard commission.

If your transaction commission is higher than all combined service costs, we will only charge the standard commission. And the US$220 fee will be deducted from your total commission service fee once your order is successfully finalized.

Service fee refund available only if batch quality issues are caused by our negligence.

Full item name plus detailed product specifications
Reference photos, packaging standards and required product certifications
Planned order quantity and agreed factory payment terms
Extra customized quality or inspection requirements
