Thank you for choosing Agente de compras en China (BAC Sourcing) procurement agency service. Please read this Return & Refund Policy thoroughly before submitting any order or service payment. By purchasing and using our servicios, you unconditionally agree to abide by all terms contained in this policy.
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users residing in the European Economic Area.

1. Service Nature & Business Scope

Hainan Qionglu Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. operates under the brand Buy Agent China / BAC Sourcing. We exclusively provide cross-border procurement agency auxiliary services, including supplier matching, factory verification, order follow-up, production supervision, third-party control de calidad coordination, quotation consulting, and document sorting.

Key Statement

Our business is customized one-on-one service consultation, not physical goods retail sales. All finished products are independently produced, owned, and sold by third-party Chinese manufacturers. BAC only acts as an intermediary coordinator and never holds inventory, sells, or resells any physical merchandise to clients.
 
We do NOT provide physical goods warehousing, return, exchange, or logística receiving services for any factory-manufactured products. All after-sales handling of tangible goods shall be solely governed by the official after-sales rules of the corresponding product supplier.

2. General Non-Refund Rule for Service Fees

All service charges, sourcing agency fees, consulting fees, and document processing fees are non-refundable under all normal service scenarios:
  1. Once our team initiates any service work (supplier screening, quotation communication, factory site audit, order drafting, production coordination, file arrangement, etc.), the customized service is deemed fully consumed; no partial or full refund of service fees will be issued.
  2. Our customized procurement agency service is classified as non-standard personalized consulting service. The statutory 7-day unconditional return rule applicable to offline physical retail goods does not apply to our service charges.
  3. Unilateral order cancellation, project abandonment, or personal change of mind from clients will not qualify for any service fee refund.

3. Limited Qualified Refund Scenarios (Service Fee Only)

Partial or full refund of our service fee will only be reviewed if all the following four mandatory conditions are satisfied simultaneously.

Preconditions for refund application

  1. Massive, verifiable quality defects, functional failure, or obvious deviation from the client’s signed order specifications are confirmed on factory-produced goods;
  2. Our team has fully fulfilled all agreed service obligations, including factory communication, problem mediation, multiple rounds of negotiation, and after-sales follow-up;
  3. After all reasonable mediation efforts, the supplier fails to provide feasible solutions including product rework, replacement, or financial compensation for confirmed quality defects;
  4. The client submits complete, authentic supporting evidence (product photos, defect videos, order contracts, chat records) within the valid complaint time limit specified in this policy.

Critical Limitation

Any approved refund only covers BAC’s service agency fee. We bear zero liability for compensating product manufacturing costs, international shipping fees, customs duties, tax expenses, transit losses, delayed shipment losses, lost profits, or any other indirect third-party expenses.
 
The free shipping displayed on our platform only applies to our procurement agency service fee. All physical goods manufacturing costs, international sea/air freight, and customs duties shall be negotiated and settled separately between buyers and manufacturers. We shall not be responsible for any logistics expenses related to physical products.

4. Absolute Non-Refund Circumstances

No refund request will be approved under any of the following situations:
  • Client unilaterally cancels or abandons the project after service work has started;
  • Product defects caused by incorrect drawings, wrong parameter specifications, or unreasonable customized requirements provided by the client;
  • Minor craft differences, slight color deviation, or manual dimensional tolerance within universal industrial standards;
  • Product damage, loss, or detention generated during international logistics, customs clearance, and third-party transportation;
  • Client fails to submit complete valid evidence, or files a complaint exceeding the regulated time limit;
  • Quality issues arising from improper storage, assembly, or use of goods after delivery by the factory.

5. Physical Goods Return & Exchange Clarification

As a China sourcing intermediary, we have physical offline office premises for business negotiation and factory audit coordination only. Our offline premises do NOT provide any goods return pickup, receiving or warehousing service for customer returned products. We cannot accept returned physical goods from clients under any circumstances.
 
Our procurement service originates from China. We only provide sourcing agency service instead of physical goods delivery. All cargo production, shipping and customs fees shall be settled separately between buyer and factory. No physical goods will be shipped from our office location.
 
Requests for product return or replacement must be negotiated and agreed directly between the client and the manufacturing supplier. BAC will offer free translation and coordination assistance for eligible after-sales disputes, but we cannot guarantee any final resolution result from the factory side.
 
In extremely rare cases of severe factory quality failure confirmed by full evidence, the supplier may negotiate a mail-back inspection solution separately with the client. BAC does not undertake return logistics coordination or bear any return freight cost for such special cases.
 
All return shipping fees, customs risks and transit losses shall be borne entirely by the customer.

6. Complaint & Refund Application Process

  • The client must submit a formal written refund application via our official email within 15 calendar days after discovering confirmed product quality defects;
  • Attach full supporting materials including defect media files, order records, and full communication history;
  • Our customer service team will complete case verification and issue a final judgment within 10 working days after receiving complete application materials;
  • If the refund application is approved, the eligible service fee will be returned through the original payment channel within 5–10 working days.

7. GDPR Supplementary Clause (EEA Residents Only)

Users located within the European Economic Area hold complete personal data rights as stipulated in GDPR, including access, correction, deletion of personal information, consent withdrawal, and complaint submission to local data protection authorities. Exercise of personal data rights will not alter the execution of our service refund rules and signed commercial service agreements.
