AQL 2.5 General Inspection Level II – Full Service Rules (ISO 2859-1)

1. Inspection Service Scope (Basic Service VS Growth Plan)

The following AQL 2.5 internal pre-inspection services are included in both Basic Service and Growth Plan.

  • Free warehouse AQL 2.5 sampling inspection for all incoming goods
  • Free multi-SKU separate inspection for different suppliers’ batch deliveries
  • Full ISO 2859-1 Level II sampling standard execution
  • Inspection photos, defect records and internal tracking reports

Extra value-added inspection services (Not included in packages, charged separately):

  • On-site factory inspection (USD 200/person/day + actual travel & accommodation fee)
  • Official third-party certified AQL 2.5 inspection with legal valid report
  • Separate batch inspection fees for single SKU split partial shipments
  • Bulk small-item surcharge for high-volume low-value mini products
  • Long-term warehouse storage & goods custody service

2. Three Inspection Modes Available

2.1 Warehouse Internal AQL Pre-Inspection (Included in ALL packages / FREE)

All goods delivered to our warehouse will be inspected strictly following AQL 2.5 General Inspection Level II (ISO 2859-1). We provide sampling check, appearance & dimension verification, defect recording and photo evidence. All documents are for internal order tracking reference only, without third-party legal certification effect.

Batch processing rules:

  • Multiple SKUs from different suppliers: Each SKU arriving in different batches will be inspected separately and free of charge.
  • Single SKU split shipment: Only ONE free full inspection after the entire SKU stock is fully delivered. Separate inspection for partial batches will incur extra handling fees.

2.2 On-Site Factory Inspection (Optional Extra Service)

Suitable for large-size, heavy-weight or high-unit-value goods that cannot be sent to our warehouse.
 
Fee Standard: USD 200 per person per working day. All travel, transportation and accommodation costs are charged at actual price borne by the buyer.
 
Our QC performs full AQL 2.5 sampling on site. All inspection results are for internal reference only, not valid for official certification.

2.3 Official Third-Party AQL 2.5 Certification (Separate Paid Service)

If you need authoritative reports for buyer formal acceptance, customs clearance, trade arbitration or claim settlement, we coordinate ISO 17020 certified independent inspection institutions to conduct formal AQL 2.5 inspection and issue globally valid official certificates. All third-party fees are borne by the client.

Sampling Specification

Samples are randomly and evenly selected from different cartons and layers of the whole batch. Inspection covers appearance, size, logo, packaging and basic function against confirmed golden samples. Defect photos are mandatory for records.

4. Bulk Small-Item Surcharge Rule (Only for Low-Value Mass Goods)

Surcharge applies only if ALL THREE conditions are met (calculated by total single SKU quantity):
  • Unit FOB price ≤ USD 1.00
  • Single SKU total quantity ≥ 10,000 pcs
  • Unit weight ≤ 100g
Applicable items: screws, fasteners, tiny electronic components, stationery, packaging accessories and miniature hardware fittings and other small goods.
Charging Rate: USD 30 per 1,000 units (calculated based on the full total quantity of the qualified single SKU order).

5. Legal Disclaimer

All AQL 2.5 standard specifications listed on this page only apply to our internal warehouse and factory pre-inspection service.
 
All sampling records, photos and inspection forms generated by our warehouse and on-site factory QC team are internal tracking materials formulated in accordance with ISO 2859-1 AQL 2.5 standards, which do not constitute an independent third-party inspection certificate with legal evidentiary effect.
 
Only formal reports issued by ISO 17020 certified external inspection organizations can be used for cross-border customs clearance, buyer official audit, trade dispute arbitration and product compensation claims. All third-party inspection expenses shall be borne separately by the client.

6. Supplementary Service Terms

  • Service Refund Rule: Partial or full service fee refund will be processed if batch quality problems are directly caused by our negligence in internal AQL pre-inspection.
  • Split Batch Fee Rule: If independent inspection is required for partial batches before the full stock of one single SKU arrives, extra separate batch handling fees will be charged.
  • Warehousing Explanation: Goods storage service is independent from AQL inspection service; separate quotation will be provided if long-term stock custody is needed.
